Welcome to Rustic Roots Aesthetics (“Rustic Roots,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rustic Roots Aesthetics website, online booking system, products, services, memberships, promotions, and other offerings.
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise interacting with Rustic Roots, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Use of Our Website
The Rustic Roots website is provided for informational, educational, and business purposes.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, security, or availability.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of this website without written permission from Rustic Roots.
2. Our Services
Rustic Roots provides customized skincare and aesthetic services. Services may include customized facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, NeoGen plasma treatments, skincare consultations, and other aesthetic services offered by Rustic Roots from time to time.
Services are customized based on each client's individual needs, skin condition, goals, medical history, medications, allergies, contraindications, and other relevant factors.
Rustic Roots reserves the right to modify, postpone, decline, or discontinue a service when a provider determines that the service may not be appropriate or safe for a client.
3. Client Information
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their health history, medications, allergies, skin conditions, previous procedures, current skincare products, pregnancy status, and other information relevant to their care.
Clients must notify Rustic Roots of any changes to this information before receiving services.
Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of complications or negatively affect treatment outcomes.
4. Consultations and Treatment Eligibility
Certain services may require a consultation, medical clearance, health history review, photographs, or other documentation before treatment.
Completion of an online booking does not guarantee that a particular service will ultimately be performed.
A provider may determine that an alternative treatment, postponement, or referral is more appropriate.
5. Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled through our website, booking platform, telephone, social media, or other approved booking methods.
Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their scheduled service.
Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling. The scheduled service fee may still apply.
6. Cancellations and No-Shows
Our Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies provided by Rustic Roots.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in additional booking requirements, including deposits or prepayment.
7. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Certain appointments, services, packages, memberships, or promotions may require a deposit or prepayment.
Rustic Roots may require a valid payment method to be kept on file for certain appointments.
8. Packages, Promotions, and Memberships
Packages, memberships, promotional offers, and discounts may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts.

• Packages are non-transferable.

• Promotional services may have expiration dates.

• Membership benefits are non-transferable.

• Promotional pricing may be limited to eligible clients or services.

• Rustic Roots may modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

Specific membership terms will be provided at enrollment.
9. Retail Products
Skincare products purchased from Rustic Roots should be used according to provider recommendations and manufacturer instructions.
Clients are responsible for informing Rustic Roots about known allergies, sensitivities, and previous reactions to skincare ingredients.
Rustic Roots cannot guarantee that a particular product will be appropriate for every individual.
10. Treatment Results
Aesthetic and skincare treatments produce individualized results.
Rustic Roots does not guarantee a particular cosmetic or medical outcome.
Results may be influenced by skin type, genetics, age, lifestyle, sun exposure, medications, hormones, home skincare, treatment adherence, aftercare, and other factors outside our control.
Before-and-after photographs represent individual client experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.
11. Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by Rustic Roots.
Failure to follow aftercare recommendations may increase the risk of irritation, complications, pigment changes, delayed healing, or unsatisfactory results.
If a client experiences an urgent or potentially serious medical issue, they should seek appropriate medical attention or emergency care.
12. Photography and Marketing
Rustic Roots may take photographs for treatment documentation and progress tracking.
Photographs will only be used for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, educational materials, or other promotional purposes when the appropriate authorization has been obtained.
Marketing consent is separate from consent to receive treatment.
13. Electronic Communications
By providing your telephone number or email address, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, treatment-related communications, administrative communications, and, where permitted, promotional communications.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
Opting out of marketing communications does not necessarily prevent transactional or appointment-related communications.
14. Third-Party Services
Rustic Roots may use third-party companies for website hosting, online scheduling, payment processing, electronic forms, communications, marketing, analytics, and other business functions.
Use of those services may be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.
15. Intellectual Property
All Rustic Roots branding, logos, photographs, graphics, written content, videos, designs, service descriptions, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Rustic Roots unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rustic Roots, its owners, providers, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
17. Changes to These Terms
Rustic Roots may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
